Welcome to EnviroTech Pro Services. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and EnviroCare Membership program. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent
  • You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
  • You will provide accurate and complete information
  • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

2. Services Provided

Our Services Include:

  • HVAC Services: Repair, installation, maintenance, and tune-ups
  • Electrical Services: Repairs, installations, inspections, and safety checks
  • EnviroCare Membership: Subscription-based maintenance and priority service plans
  • Multi-Family Services: Commercial-grade solutions for property managers
  • Emergency Services: 24/7 urgent repair response

Service Availability: Services are provided in Georgia and South Carolina only. Availability may vary by location and is subject to technician scheduling.

3. EnviroCare Membership Terms

Subscription Details

  • Billing: Memberships are billed monthly on a recurring basis. Payments are processed automatically on your enrollment date each month.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time with no penalties or fees. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
  • Benefits: Membership benefits include scheduled tune-ups, priority scheduling, member discounts, and other perks as outlined in your plan.
  • Transferability: Membership benefits are non-transferable except as outlined in your specific plan terms. Contact us to discuss transfers when moving to a new property.
  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify membership pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Existing members will be notified before any price changes take effect.

Refund Policy

Membership fees are non-refundable once billed. If you cancel, your membership remains active until the end of your current billing period. Unused tune-ups or services do not carry over after cancellation unless otherwise specified in your plan.

4. Scheduling and Appointments

  • Appointment Scheduling:

    Service appointments must be scheduled in advance. Emergency services are subject to availability.

  • Cancellations and Rescheduling:

    Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

  • Access to Property:

    You must provide safe and reasonable access to the work area. If access is denied, trip fees may apply.

  • Service Windows:

    Technicians will arrive within the scheduled service window. Delays due to weather, emergencies, or traffic may occur.

5. Payment Terms

Pricing and Estimates

Service prices are subject to change. We provide estimates before work begins. Final charges may vary based on actual work performed, parts needed, and time required.

Payment Methods

We accept credit cards, debit cards, and ACH payments. Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made in advance.

Late Payments

Overdue balances may be subject to late fees and interest charges. Continued non-payment may result in suspension of services and collection actions.

Financing Options

Financing may be available for qualified customers through third-party lenders. Terms and conditions are set by the financing provider.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

Our Workmanship Guarantee

We stand behind our work. All labor is guaranteed for 90 days from the date of service unless otherwise specified. If you experience issues related to our workmanship, we will return to correct the problem at no additional charge.

Parts and Equipment Warranties

Parts and equipment are covered by manufacturer warranties. We will assist with warranty claims but are not responsible for manufacturer defects. Installation warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

If you're not completely satisfied with our service, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right. Your satisfaction is our priority.

7. Limitation of Liability

EnviroTech Pro Services carries $2,000,000 in liability insurance. Our liability is limited as follows:

  • We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, code violations, or hidden defects not discoverable during normal inspection
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by customer negligence, acts of nature, or circumstances beyond our control
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or business interruption

Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability. These limitations may not apply to you.

8. Customer Responsibilities

As our customer, you agree to:

Provide accurate property and contact information
Ensure safe access to work areas
Remove pets from work areas during service
Secure valuables and fragile items
Notify us of hazardous conditions
Maintain reasonable property conditions
Follow recommended maintenance schedules
Report issues promptly

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of EnviroTech Pro Services or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

If you have a concern or dispute, please contact us first. We are committed to resolving issues amicably and will work in good faith to reach a fair resolution.

Arbitration Agreement

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered customers. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
